🎉 Huge News: GOB has won the Unlimited Award!
I still can’t quite believe I’m writing this: but my new project GOB: Shlomo and the ‘Goddexes of Beatbox’ Orchestra has won a major national award! It's from Unlimited, a charity who commission extraordinary work by disabled artists, and it means we have been green-lit to make the show over the next year!

For those who haven’t met GOB: Goddexes of Beatbox yet, it's the world's first trans+ and non-binary beatboxing supergroup.
At the heart of the show are seven dazzling neurodivergent vocal artists, each standing fully and fiercely in their power. Beings whose artistry transcends gender and the binary entirely.
They’re not gods or goddesses. They’re Goddexes: deities of sound who exist beyond expectation and category.
This commission means the world to us - it's the show I've been waiting my whole life to make, and now we can finally bring neuro-trans joy out of hiding and onto the mainstages! Let's GO!

💜 A Personal Note - Why It's Scary Right Now
It’s a big and exciting year ahead — but it's also scary 🌪️
Stepping onto mainstream stages with a group of emerging trans+ artists feels like a huge responsibility.
I want every Goddex to feel held, safe and celebrated, and I’m thinking a lot about what it means to do this in public, in a world that right now can be so brilliant and so cruel in the same breath.
You are all my Goddexes, and I’m going to need you, our community,to show up for us more than ever. I can’t tell you how much it means to read your messages, your cheers, your belief in me and my music.
I know that in scary times, the ultimate act of resistance is to express our joy, creativity and authenticity.
